At Firenze Moda, we want every order to arrive with the same care and attention that goes into selecting our collection. We currently deliver to customers throughout Italy and the United States, with free standard shipping on every order to both destinations.
There is no minimum purchase requirement to qualify for free shipping.

Firenze Moda currently ships to Italy & United States
At this time, orders placed for delivery outside Italy or the United States are not supported.
Shipping Costs
We keep our shipping structure simple:
Italy: FREE SHIPPING
United States: FREE SHIPPING
There are no standard shipping charges added by Firenze Moda for orders delivered to these two countries.
Order Cut-Off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is 3:00 PM (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Rome), Monday through Friday.
Orders placed before 3:00 PM will normally enter processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Every order is reviewed and prepared before it leaves our facility.
Italy:
Processing Time: 1–2 business days
United States:
Processing Time: 1–2 business days
Processing refers to the time required to verify, prepare, pack, and hand your order over to the shipping carrier.
Orders are normally processed on business days. Weekends and public holidays are not included in processing time.

Once an order has been processed and handed to the carrier, the estimated transit time within Italy is:

Standard shipping within Italy is completely free.
Shipping Time to the United States
Orders shipped from Firenze Moda to customers in the United States require additional international transportation time.

Transit Time: 5–9 business days
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6–11 business days
Shipping to the United States is also completely free.
International delivery may occasionally require additional time due to customs processing, carrier delays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our direct control.
Order Tracking
When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the contact information provided during checkout.
Please allow some time after shipment confirmation for the carrier's tracking system to display the first movement or scan.
Delivery Estimates
The delivery periods shown in this policy are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery may occasionally take longer because of circumstances such as carrier disruptions, unusually high order volumes, public holidays, weather conditions, customs procedures for international shipments, or an incorrect/incomplete delivery address.

International Shipments to the United States
Orders delivered to the United States are international shipments. Depending on applicable laws and shipment circumstances, customs or import procedures may apply.
Any government-imposed duties, taxes, or customs charges that are not collected by Firenze Moda at checkout may be the customer's responsibility where applicable.
